Vacancy exist for the post of a Engineer at RSECC managed by intellistern Nig ltd.


Main Duties & Responsibilities:

? Design and manage projects
? Overall reporting regarding service quality and performance
? Management of networks
? Ability to troubleshoot faults
? Investigate and efficiently resolve basic call agents complains
? Assist shift leaders and call agents to diagnose and solve telephony and windows Domain login problems.
? Ability to work and perform under pressure with effective time management skills
? CCTV operation and maintenance
? Interface and see on Management and Government officials
? Wireless AP Bridge.

Qualification & Competencies:


? Successful candidates will possess a minimum of Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering or related fields or discipline.
? Relevant work experience within the same field or industry
? Basic networking knowledge is essential
? Fluency in English Language is essential
? Proficiency computer skills and MS Office (word, excel and power point)
? Strong interpersonal skills
? A good understanding of OSI layers
? A good understanding of IP addressing

? Good knowledge of Voice Over IP, telephony, telecoms cable and equipment,
Cisco routers and PBX will be an added advantage.
