Job Objective To ensure close monitoring and supervision of projects with the aim of ensuring compliance to quality and delivering time as prescribed by the client.

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
Internal Work with relevant departments in the discharge of daily duties.
External Work with all existing and prospective clients.
S/N DUTIES
1 Responsible for Technical development of Engineering staff
2 Responsible for the Coordination and deployment of staff for projects.
3 Responsible for the Management of all project related issues.
4 Prepare and submit Monthly Engineering executive summary report.
5 Responsible for meeting project deliverable targets.
6 Ensure adherence to clients Quality of job and delivery target.
7 Ensure quick response and resolutions to issues.
8 Develop Transmission department
9 Develop BSS department
10 Cost savings measures
11 Support RFQs and Bids deliverables
12 Revenue generation Initiative

JOB SPECIFICATION
Educational Qualification H.N.D OR University degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
Masters degree in Business Administration or any other Engineering subject.
Professional Qualification Member, Nigerian Society of Engineers.
Experience
(Dimension and No of Years) ? Minimum of 10 years experience
? Minimum of 6 years Technical Experience within telecoms industry will be an added advantage.
Age Bracket 35 – 40 years

Functional/Technical • In depth technical knowledge of telecoms product/services including internet, mobile and networking
• Possess In depth competence in f project management.
• Extensive experience in RF, BSS, transmission and optimization.

• Proven track record as a high achiever.
