Requirements for Head, Solution Delivery for Core Banking Services
 A minimum of 3yrs experience designing, implementing, administering and supporting Core Banking Software in a Bank or Banking Solutions provider
 First Class or Second class upper degree in any related field from a reputable university
 In-depth knowledge of retail or Microfinance Banking business
 Good knowledge of IT software systems in general
 Strong grasp of the fundamentals of financial accounting and reporting
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
 Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office tools for business documentation i.e powerpoint, visio, projects, excel, word, outlook
 Strong passion for the IT industry
 Previous background as a software programmer will be an added advantage
 Business development and Pre-sales consulting experience will be an added advantage
