RF Site Build Project Management and Quality Control (PM&C)

Our client Tel-Sub, is looking for resources for managerial and engineering positions for a telecoms roll out project with the following details:

Location: Nigeria, Ghana and Guinea
Duration: 12-Months (Extension based on performance)

Openings:
- Central Project Manager x 1
- Database Project Administrator x 1
- Civil Engineers x 68
- Electrical Engineers x 70
- Rigger x 20

Requirements:

Regional Project Coordinator (RPC)

Job Summary

The RPC will be responsible for the running of all aspects of this project and ensuring deliverables of Quality Service at all points in time.

Qualifications

• A degree in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Five years experience in a Telecoms Infrastructure Company
• Evidence of good managerial skills
• Good communication skills
• Good inter-personal relations
• Excellent use of computers including MS applications especially MS Excel and word


Central Project M a n a g e r (CPM)

Job Summary

The CPM will be responsible to the QPC for the infra build-ups/upgrades in his region are completed on time, within budget and at the right quality.

Qualifications

• A degree in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Has Five years experience in a Telecoms Infrastructure Company.
• Evidence of good project management skills
• Certification in PMP would be an added advantage
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent use of computers including MS applications especially MS Excel and word
• Good inter-personal relations and customer relations

Job Summary

The QE reports to the RPM and ensures that all infra build-ups/upgrades are of the right quality.

Qualifications

• A degree in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Has four years experience in a Telecoms Infrastructure Company
• Good communication skills in English
• Skilled in using AutoCAD
• Excellent use of computers: MS Application especially MS Excel


Civil E n g i n e e r

Job Summary

The CE is responsible to the QE/RPM for the day to day monitoring of the progress of infra build-up/upgrade on site.

Qualifications

• A degree in Civil Engineering and Quantity Survey.
• Has Experience in a Telecoms Infrastructure Company will be an advantage
• Skilled in using AutoCAD
• Good communication skills
• Good use of computers: MS Application especially MS Excel


Electrical E n g i n e e r

Job Summary

The EE is responsible to the QE/CPM for the day to day monitoring of the progress of all Electrical Works during infra build-up/upgrade on site.

Qualifications
• A degree in Electrical & Electronics .
• Has Experience in a Telecoms Infrastructure Company will be an advantage
• Good communication skills
• Good use of computers: MS Application especially MS Excel.
• Skilled in using AutoCAD
• Has 3-4 years experience in a telecoms infrastructure company
• Good communication skills
• Good use of computers: MS Application especially MS Excel

Rigger

Job Summary

The Rigger is responsible for all rigging and installation activities as well as monitoring of the progress of infra build-up/upgrade on site.

Qualifications

• A degree in Civil Engineering and Quantity Survey.
• Has Experience in a Telecoms Infrastructure Company will be an advantage
• Skilled in using AutoCAD
• Good communication skills
• Mount of thunder Arrestor and dismounting of Mast and Tower
• Good use of computers: MS Application especially MS Excel
