RF Design Engineer - In Building Coverage

Respected Telcoms organisation, one of the most successful telecommunications engineering deploying in-building solutions to a range of customers throughout Africa, is seeking the services of a first class 2G & 3G in-building Design Engineer with a focus on network optimisation and IBC.

To be successful in this role you will have qualifications and experience in the following:
• Degree in Electronic, Electrical or Communications Engineering
• Radio access design, planning and optimisation
• Advanced understanding of radio traffic load analysis and management,
• Antenna design and RF propagation modeling
• Advanced knowledge of UMTS and GSM cellular network networks.
• Links & optimisation of existing networks
• Site coverage testing
• Coverage analysis tools such as TEMS, Nemo etc.
• Link Budget Analysis
• Minimum of 2 years RF network experience
