Successful candidate must be able to engage all forms of media and communication to build, maintain and manage the reputation of the organization. REQUIREMENT: Applicant must possess: - Not lower than a second class lower grade in Mass Communication, International relations or any related field. - Must possess good interpersonal skills to aid the establishment and maintenance of goodwill between the Organization and the Public - Must be organized and able to conduct research to find out the concerns and expectations of all stakeholders.
