Product Management Unit head

A highly resourcesful IT firm in Lagos requires for immediate employment a vibrant,Persuasive,Confident, good team player who is able to work under pressure to head it's business Unit.

Requirement:

He/she must have had 3-5years working experience in the following.


v Development and implementation of strategic plan for a specific product family.
v Maintenance of close relationships with the market (customers, evaluators, and potentials) for awareness of market needs which includes identification of appropriate markets and development of effective marketing strategies and tactics for reaching them.
v Must have been involved through all stages of a product family’s lifecycle.
v Must have at different times sought new market opportunities by leveraging the company’s distinctive competence
v Defined and sized market segments, Conducted win/loss analysis
v Provided oversight of strategy, technical, and marketing aspects of all products in the portfolio
v Analyzed product profitability and sales success
v Created and maintained business plan including pricing
v Determined buy/build/partner decisions
v Positioned product for all markets and all buyer types
v Documented typical buying process and approved final marketing and go-to-market plans
v Defined buyer personas and determined market messages
v Created marketing plan including methods for customer acquisition as well as customer retention
v Measured effectiveness of product marketing programs maintained product launch plans
v Identified product references for industry and customer referrals
v Aligned sales tools and ideal sales process to typical buying process
v Must have sound knowledge of Microsoft suite especially Visio and Power Point
