Position: Marketing/Sales Executives
Location: Lagos
Basic Requirement: Degree from a reputable university in related fields. OND and HND may also be considered. Marketing/Sales experience in an IT/Software firm will be an added advantage.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Clearly understand and communicate the company’s value proposition
· Develop/execute sales strategy that will result in new business (specifying targets, prospecting, sales calls, presentations, proposals and closing deals)
· Accurately qualify business opportunities and identify influencers and decision makers (Engage them and obtain business requirements)
· Utilizing company’s provided technology and tools for presentation, tracking, reporting and lead generation
· Achieve predetermined activity goals consistently
· Respond to request for proposal; Scrutinize request for proposal and work on making structured proposals in liaison with the core technical team
· Read, edit and rewrite materials to ensure readability and consistence with message tone
· Follow up on new leads/referral and facilitate ongoing and new relationship with clients and ensure that communication is up to date and efficient
· Priotize projects to ensure timely and accurate completion of all assignments
· Working closely with technical teams in charge of clients project to ensure clients needs are met and on schedule

Required Skills:
· Conversant with Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint etc
· Conversant with Consultative selling process/approach
· Excellent communication, presentation and object handling skills
· Ability to work independently and also collaborate well
· Ability to manage multiple task and effective time management/prioritization skills
· Highly motivated, energetic, disciplined, ambitious and result oriented
Salary: Commensurate with experience
