U will be taught wat to say before you meet the chairman and the ED,. He will only listen to your introduction before he tells to go. Then they will give you a call if you are successful. Just be cfonfident :)

Please which customer care agents interview are you referring to? I need to know because i've been expecting a call from glo regarding thesame interview. I had the first interview some time in January, the second stage was done in July and i learnt the final stage could take up to December, so i am really expectant.

Is the sequence same for you? please let me know.....
