I get lots of question about ITIL V3, especially as it relates to job. I’ve met lots of folks who had IIL V3 certification, yet they couldn’t get job. Why? I really don’t know. But, I’m very sure of the fact that, you don’t get job because of what you have (ITIL Certification), rather you get job because who you are, and what you know.
