CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO 001)The candidate will report to the respective CEO, and will be responsible for providing advice to the board and line management in the formulation of accounting and financial management policies.
He will be capable of designing and implementing cost, financial management, treasury and internal control systems, and ensure effective liaison with the relevant external publics. (Auditors, Tax authorities, banks and government agencies).
SKILLS, COMPETENCE AND QUALIFICATIONThe Must be graduate of accounting; business science or related discipline with professional accounting qualification with upward of ten years post qualification.
PERSONNEL MANAGERS (PM 002)The appointee will report to the CEO of the respective strategic business units. The appointee will provide assistance in the formulation and implementation of personnel management and industrial relationship polices. They will be capable of designing process to manage all aspects of the personnel function , and will engage the labour unions in ensuring good industrial relations and establish a good database for all staff of the organization..
SKILLS, COMPETENCE AND QUALIFICATIONBusiness Administration or related discipline with upward of 5 years experience in the HR function of well structured manufacturing companies. Membership of the institute of Personnel Management will be of definite advantage.
SECRETARY TO THE CHAIRMAN (SPA 003)The candidate will report to the chairman, and will be responsible for managing the chairman’s itinerary, arranging for meetings as well as general administrative work and making contacts unbehalf of the chairman.
SKILLS, COMPETENCE AND QUALIFICATIONMatured female with minimum of HND in Secretariat studies and 7-10 years experience as a confidential secretary (of which at least 5 years must have been spent as PA/Confidential to MD/CEO of a large organization .Ability to use MS Word, Excel and Power point is required.
Ability to work under pressure, a residence of Kaduna will be prefereable.
CHIEF LOGISTIC OFFICER (CLO 004)The suitable candidate will be responsible for coordination of the fleet of vehicles in the company and other related engineering work.
Day to day running of a busy transport operation delivery merchandise nationwide .enforcing compliance with all licensing and legal requirement, planning and scheduling vehicle and drivers to achieve efficient usage of fleet and route. Maintaining the highest standard of service delivery to customer and reporting to the appropriate line manager.
SKILLS, COMPETENCE AND QUALIFICATIONMust be a graduate of Mechanical Engineering with upward experience of not less than 5 years in a structured and functioning manufacturing company.
