A highly reputable Real Estate Development and Construction Company based In Ikoyi, Lagos requires the services of qualified individuals for the following vacant positions.

Business Development Manager

Requirements:
- Must possess Bsc. in a social science
- Must be proficient in the use of relevant computer applications
- A post graduate qualification, Certification and membership of a professional body will be an advantage
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Must have flair for Marketing

Human Resources

Requirements:
- Must possess Bsc. in a social science Business Administration
- Must be proficient in the use of relevant computer applications
- A post graduate qualification, Certification and membership of a professional body will be an advantage
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Must have flair for Accounting

Accounting

Requirements:
- Must possess BSC/HND in Accountancy
- Must be Proficient in Accounting Software e.g. Peach Tree, Microsoft Accounting Software,
- Must have at least three (3) years cognate working experience in similar position
- Must be able to work with little or no supervision

Project Supervisor

Requirements:
- Must have a technical background in Civil Engineering or building Technology.
- Must have a minimum 10-years experience in major construction projects as a construction Engineer or supervisor (foreman)
- Past experience must encompass working with a major international construction Company ·
- Must be able to supervise a team of builders from various disciplines

Cook/House-Keeping/Steward
