DONT YOU KNOW THAT MANY OF THE BEST BRAINS IN NIGERIA LABOUR MARKET TODAY, FALL IN THE SECOND CLASS LOWER (2.1) AND THIRD CLASS? IF YOU ARE IN DOUBT, INVITE ALL CLASSES OF DEGREE AND CONDUCT A TEST OR INTERVIEW.

Why should age be a barrier in the Nigerian banking operation? They should know that: The young shall grow.

thanks guy 4 the info. Buts its painful this msg cant get to Aig. AIGMOGBE the M.D Ceo of access I would have ask him how old is he when he joined the industry and what was his grade. All this opportunist are generating stringent condition for us that are coming so that we will be face out to have nothing doing. But I know God Almighty is not a wicked type like all this junks that call themselves the management. Our time is almost here, they are just causing a lot of falsification of age. In recent time Nigeria will produce more Salisu Buari all in the name of getting good grade and birth certicate to present to all this wicked management

HOUSE, I GOT THIS EXCERPTS FROM THEIR OFFICIAL WEBSITE.
THINK IT MIGHT ALSO BE USEFUL

Access Bank is offering young, intelligent graduates who are about to commence their service year an opportunity to build a rewarding career at Access Bank Plc. Qualified candidates will be required to pass our graduate recruitment test.

Successful candidates will be given the opportunity to serve in locations of primary posting where an Access Bank branch is located.

Wow! you will not need a redeployment.

This might be the process towards securing a permanent job if you excel during your service year

Please send your resume to recruitment@accessbankplc.com

Thanks guys for this info!

Can someone tell me Nigeria problem concerning recruitment? Hope there can be a rule and regulation concerning job recruitment? See the employers nowadays are just trying to push people out i.e. people (Candidate) will be looking for a short-cut to achieve their respectively goal. (this is for the govt)

For the mgt of Access Bank, I should belive that before the advert is out, there should be a board and executives meeting of the bank before rolling out the vacancies. Access Bank wetin dey worry you? it is you guys that started 25 yrs minimum age and now reducing it to be 24 yrs at entry level. 99.8% of the staff (Access) can you tell the age and qualification you have, when entry into the bank or when getting a job from a bank or other establishment b4 entry into Access Bank. You all have problem!

The best bet of it, is that, roll the advert out and base everything on individual performance just as other banks do. Forget about age limit and 1st, 2nd and etc class grade. You can buy an ideal from others e.g. Nigeria Breweries, UBA and etc, the way they recruit. infact it is excellent. everything was base on individual performance and no mago-mago.

For the candidate,
it is God that has given us the opportunity to be alive uptill today right from our pry, secondary and uptill our NYSC, God saw us through. God is still at work! Let us belive him and be prayerful for his blessing and provision. He has done it before, He is still going to do it again for all of us in Jesus Name. (AMEN).

it is not our job, Banks are not the highest paid job but they are the one recruiting most. Lets belive in God!

Regards.

why d alarm on age limit by Access Bank? If they like, let them go for 10year olds. Other opportunities requiring mature minds(adults) will surely come our way brethrens.

Abi them born person with experience or the jobs are for people wey get other jobs  or  those wey them sake  for other jobs ? we beg una employers this una trend no dey healthy for  the teeming nigeria unemployed youths . so  ACESS Bank and  others take note.

Where is the Access in Access bank?Is age a yardstick in measuring perfomance?HuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuh??

I'll advise they schedule a board meeting and consider changing their Company name and Identity cos its contradicts their policy.
I'll advice they change their name and Logo from "ACCESS" to "NACCESS" and ">>>" to "<<<"

To us job seekers, let's keep our head up n cast all our hopes in GOD - HE'S not Access Bank.

Aluta Continua.............

THESE BANKS ARE SIMPLY JOKERS. HOW ON EARTH DO THEY EXPECT ONE TO MEET SUCH AGE REQUIREMENT. ARE THEY NOT NIGERIANS LIVING IN NIGERIA? THEY BETTER STOP DREAMING AND FACE THE FACT:PEOPLE HARDLY GRADUATE AND COMPLETE SERVICE WITHIN SUCH UNREALISTIC AGE LIMITS. THEY HAVE FOOLED THEMSELVES ENOUGH .ITS TIME TO GET REAL!
