Topics such as basic camera installation, image usability, bit rate optimization and video
analytics are explored in theory lessons combined with hands-on labs.

2. Network Technologies – LAN & ETHERNET protocols, PoE, Midspans and Splitters – what they do to IP cameras.
3. Video Management and storage calculations
4. Communicating over the internet – Port forwarding. How to connect IP Cameras to LAN or Internet – WAN.
