    HEAD, SALES & MARKETING - NORTH AMERICAN REGION

    A newly established company with interest in Oil & Gas and Real Estate requires the services of a young, dynamic and trustworthy personnel, preferably a female, to fill a vacant post of Head, Sales and Marketing in its North American branch.

    Job Grade/Level: Management

    Prospect: Elevation to the post of Director, Sales & Marketing - North American Region as the company progresses

    Job Objectives:
    • Manage Sales & Marketing of company’s products and services.
    • Ensure consistent and profitable growth in sales revenue through positive planning and management of sales personnel.

    Supervises: Sales Executives

    Reports to: CEO

    Roles and Responsibilities

    Sales:
    • Define objectives, strategies and action plans to sell with a view to improving short-term and long–term sales and earnings for the organization;
    • Define, drive and manage the realization of quarterly/annual revenue targets and budgets;
    • Forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams with minimal deviations;
    • Manage client relationships through all the phases of sales cycle;
    • Gather market and customer information from the field and interpret in sales and strategic planning functions;
    • Represent the company at events and trade meetings to promote its products and services;
    • Sell the company’s products and services to potential customers in line with agreed procedures (Contract signing, Order placement, Invoicing and Service Delivery);
    • Educate sales team by establishing programs or seminars in the areas of new services and growth, sales of emerging services in new sector, competitive strategies and management of expenses and business/financial issues on contracts;
    • Establish and manage effective programs to coach sales personnel.

    Marketing:
    • Define strategies to market the company’s products and services;
    • Articulate marketing activities and initiatives to create top of the mind awareness of the company and its products and services;
    • Liaise with marketing agencies and other third party service providers to manage media campaigns;
    • Create frameworks and platforms to constantly engage customers and build loyalty;
    • Any other duties as may be assigned by the CEO from time to time.

    • Contracts winning;

    • Sales revenue

    • Resident in the US or Canada or Mexico;

    Qualifications and Experience:
    • Diploma or Degree in any discipline;
    • Those without Diploma or Degree but have the ability to win contracts shall be considered;
    • Male applicants with proven ability to win contracts shall also be considered;
    • Proven ability to motivate and lead sales team

    Remuneration: Very attractive though it's commission based during the probationary period

    A Leading travel agency in Nigeria is seeking for smart and upwardly thinking travel professional for the post of Operation Manager.

    Basic Requirement:

    Information Technology inclined

    Experience in the Travel Industry an added advantage.

    Minimum of HND/BSC
