· Good first degree in Civil Engineering HND/Bsc
· At least 3years experience in building construction

Services Engineer ( M & E)
B. Sc/BTech in Mech/Elect Engineering

RESPONSIBILITY
Design, coordination and supervision of M & E Services as regards all projects
Experience: 4 years of design and on-site supervision

IT skills: AUTOCAD/Ms Office
Technical skills: Design of M & E services in buildings/estates supervision

Other skills: Preparation of workshop as well as AS-Built drawings.

RESPONSIBILITY:
To market the company’s product (properties) (within the company portfolio) and meet the company’s sales targets by carrying out responsibilities as assigned by the line manager.
