RISK ANALYST

Key Responsibilities
Responsible for all aspects of risk management and mitigation with respect to the Company’s overall financial exposure. Will aid the Company’s liability management strategy and will be a driver of analytical data that will inform and direct the Company’s marketing and sales strategy.

Principal Accountabilities:
1. Real time monitoring, assessment and review of the company’s exposure on all of its products
2. Use statistics and other analytical tools to calculate risk on a real time basis for each Products
3. Writing daily reports for review by Head of Operations summarizing and quantifying the risks identified and best steps required to mitigate them
4. Liaising with the Head of Operations / Head of Finance to determine the steps required to mitigate any impending risks identified
5. Helping the Head of Operations set risk limits for each game and relevant players based on statistical analysis and historic data
6. Liaising with the marketing team to coordinate the communication of any changes in the game play that impacts the company’s customers
7. Reviewing detailed daily statistics of player usage and coordinating with the marketing team to ensure that relevant feedback for marketing and sales purposes is providing on a real time basis
8. Working with the sales and marketing team to provide them with real time data post implementation of new promotions and advertising campaigns
9. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as requested.

Skills Required- Education/General
· Preferably First Class in any of the following degrees: Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering (any), Physics, Chemistry, Information Technology
· Exceptional analytical skills and ability to think and react quickly to real time changes in the Company’s market environment
· Strong knowledge of statistics and good mathematical skills
· Confident individuals with good communication skills (written as well as verbal)
· Advanced Microsoft excel skills and spreadsheet management skills
· Good Microsoft word skills
· Very good appreciation of the concepts of risk and financial liability

CORPORATE SERVICES AND HR MANAGER
Key responsibilities:
1. Overall management of the Human Resources Unit, Corporate Communications, Admin/ procurement Unit.
2. Plan & prioritize the coordination of the corporate Service Division specifically on diversity management to benchmark against high performing organizations in the country.
3. Managing personal time & productivity to generate organization’s goals & objectives.

Skills Required- Education/General
· Minimum Qualifications:
· University Degree - Postgraduate Degree is preferred or
· Minimum 7+ years of experience HR roles
· English Language
