We are a leading Systems Integration company with branches in Abuja and PortHarcourt. We desire to recruit a young, smart person for the post of Support Engineer in our Portharcourt Branch.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for the branch level technical and presales deliverables cutting across site surveys, support contract fulfilments, project implementations/supervision, direct presales support to the branch account management/business development team.

Highlights on key roles and responsibilities
 Manages and ensures customer support contracts are fulfilled in alignment with Service level agreements and response times.
 Carries out and ensures prompt resolution and fulfilment of all support problem tickets till closure while ensuring prompt reports/visibility of the service ticket resolution operations until service desk is fully operational.
 Works with Associate Project manager and various Solution implementation teams for site surveys, project implementation/installations as the need arises and as assigned.
 Works with Sales leads and account managers to provide direct presales support especially around support services sales.
 Ensure relevant product/ technology knowledge updates, knowledge of current trends for self-development and on the job proficiency.

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
 A good first degree in engineering, computer science or other related discipline.
 A minimum of 1-2 years post-graduate experience in a similar position, preferably, professional experience should be against the background of borderless networks solution development.
 Must be below 30 years old
 In-depth knowledge of ICT business environment.
