Essential Job Functions:
> Ability to perform many duties involving IT functions including, but not limited to, supporting network, servers, maintain printers, clients, communications, and Help Desk support.
> Provides technical support, training, and analyzes problems and implements solutions according to best practice guidelines and procedures;
> performs server administrator duties, and assures system stability, accessibility, and proper configuration of assigned technical systems and components.
> Computer trouble-shooting to diagnose system problems; analyzes hardware and software functionality;
> identifies, locates, resolves and repairs problems within scope authority;
> Documents call records and results;
> Document problems/issues via IT ticketing system/tracking log;
> Review and update all information security management system process and procedures (data/software);
> New user access control - physical and software, on-boarding, initial user training/briefing;
> Remove user access - as access not needed remove access, accounts, update records, etc.; Anti-virus updates.

Required Education/Experience:
> Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as computer science or information technology from an accredited university.
> Two years of work experience including network administration preferred.
