Quality Assurance & Control (QAC) Coordinator

Job Summary

This position will ensure the successful implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software in an organization. It will ensure the software is deployed within scope, time, budget and quality.

Duties:

• Understand, and have the necessary proficiency in the software and tools used.
• Create, maintain and distribute reports or spreadsheets on project.
• Documentation through various methods.
• Appropriately setting and fulfilling customer expectations.
• Recognize potential implementation risks and mitigations, and escalate as appropriate.
• Manage internal/external dialogue and promote collaboration to foster a positive team environment, effective communications, and efficient use of resources to meet implementation timelines and contractual obligations.
• Read, comprehend and adhere to various project documents to understand and communicate within the assigned duties.
• Other related assignments, projects and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or HND in quality, computer sciences, finance or project management
• 1- 3 years’ experience
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, time management, and prioritization skills
• Project Management Certified (PMP/Agile/Prince 2 etc.)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• ICAN/ACCA designation (or in view) will be added advantage
• LEAN Six Sigma certification will be added advantage
