With our depth of experience in the public sector domain, we have been able to build an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution that has focused more on solving the complexities involved in the financial processes in the Nigerian Public Sector.
We now partner with a USA-based company that has several years experience in IP telephony, Unified Communication and SIP based PBX.
We are looking for experienced graduates to join in implementing this solution within and outside the country
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support VoIP planning and testing as well as troubleshoot VoIP problems in production environments.
  • Must have good hands in shell script.
  • Prior conceptual / working knowledge of IP telephony and Linux based IP-PBX (like Asterisk, SipXecs etc )

· Configuring, managing and optimizing all VoIP/IP-PBX telephone systems and services, both internally and those integrated with Internet-based services.
· Responsible for the operation and administration of the company’s internal networks, servers, email and network security systems.

  • Configuration and set-up of all new server systems required internally for the company’s activities.
  • Provide telephone and desktop support to internal users.
  • Provide strategic initiatives for the new Unified Communications deployment by the company.

REQUIREMENTS
· Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
· Minimum of 5 years Post NYSC in a corporate establishment.
· Knowledge of Hard and Soft Phones functionality.

  • Knowledge of IP Telephony and Audio-Video Conferencing in any of the following solution:
    • Cisco Call Manager
    • Digium
    • Alcatel-Lucent
    • Nortel
    • Microsoft Lync
  • A high level proficiency in any Linux distribution is a MUST.
  • Good working knowledge of the following operating systems: Windows XP, Vista, 7 and 2008.
  • Strong working knowledge of major networking components, network operating systems and basic computer hardware components.
