Cuso International, a Canadian development NGO, is the executing agency of the five-year (February 2014-March 31st 2019) Youth Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Access and Development (YouLead) project in Cross River State, Nigeria. Mennonite Economic Development Associates (MEDA, Canada) and Institute of Public Administration in Canada (IPAC) are Canadian implementing partners along with Nigerian partners and stakeholders.
