Consultant/ Trainer or Instructor


Objective
To provide instruction in a predetermined subject matter in a manner that each participant understands and has the most opportunity for personal growth in subject matter.


Criteria

1. Must be a degree holder (Preferable Technical i.e. Engineering or Computer Science).
2. Computer literate in Microsoft, Oracle, Java, and other industry applications.
3. Excellent Communication Skills.
4. Excellent Presentation Skills.
5. Excellent Course Development Skills.

CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Application of system analysis techniques and procedures including consulting with users/clients to determine hardware/software or system functional specifications.
2. To ensure that every class session is fully understood by clients and instructor scoring in each session a minimum of 4 of 5 from clients
3. Coordination and implementation of instruction in an orderly and professional manner.
4. Set-up classroom at the beginning and at the end of each class/session.
5. Confirm that all materials are ordered and prepared for class sessions.
6. Coordination and implementation of instruction in an orderly and professional manner
7. Curriculum design and development as needed by software subject and client.
8. Computer education and training industry research.
9. Develop and maintain relations with various clients in the local business community.
10. Explain and market program and classes to prospective clients.
11. Assist administrative support and all paperwork completed and submitted promptly.
12. Promote services and classes through public relations, trade shows, etc.

SUPERVISION
Supervision shall come from the Site Director. all instructors will need to be certified as ICTPS Trainers
