Role : Back Office TX Engineer

Job Description:
1.Ensure all agreed contractual and non contractual performance KPI's are reported and delivered as per the HU Business model.
2.Setup up and ensure conducting Weekly governance management setup with customer and addressing all issues in issue log as per agreed timelines
3. Proactively making improvement / Handling plans for
a.All KPI's not meeting the SLA/WLA's ,
b.handling of special events ,
c. regulatory performance and guideline adherence .
4. Network Security implementation
5.Daily monitoring of the networks
6.Taking corrective action accordingly,
7.Ensure preventive maintenance ,
8.Checking repeated outages ,
9.Implementation of audit tracker
10.Ensure standardisation of processes and cganges as agreed with the customer incorporated , educated and complied to by circle and NOC teams
11.Provide technical support to circle for TX related issues from Customer and NOC
Sharing findings of other circle issues ,
12.Co-ordinate with TAC for the resolution of circle issues ,
13.Provide support to circle team and ensure getting timely KPI outage , SLA and site signoff ,
14.Ensure Spare parts availability through customer and SPMS department in circles
15.Formulate the competence development guideline for the MS Radio Ops delivery

Qualification:
1.Degree in Engineering ( Electrical / Telecommunication )
2. 2 years experience in O&M.
