ELDEMUZ ENGINEERING CONSULTING IS A registered LOCAL CONTENT PARTNER with the federal government of Nigeria IN CAPACITY DEVELOPMENT for the oil and gas industry. We offer training to, consultant, engineers, managers, senior and junior staff in the oil and gas industry as well as fresh graduates and focused undergraduates. Our interest is for those pursuing excellence and improvement in their career. Our work force is made up of young Nigerian engineering graduates who have acquired software skills through the PTDF scheme. Our goal is to transfer knowledge at its best. The software’s we offer are used mostly by SHELL, MOBIL, SCHLUMBERGER, TOTAL, ELF, AGIP,chevron, AND other major oil companies in Nigeria.we have experience in training and field operations.we have evolved over the years to be a brand name in oil and gas training and other computer based courses.enrol today.

    TRAINING BROCHURE

PLANT DESIGN MANAGEMENT SYSTEM(PDMS)- 12 DAYS

    CAESARII - 5DAYS

AUTOCAD AND AUTOCAD PNID- 10DAYS EACH

    PDMS-PLANT DESIGN

    MANAGEMENT SYSTEM(Aveva uk)

AVEVA PDMS™ is a datacentric, multi-discipline 3D plant design solution.

It has modules for the design

of equipment, piping, ducting, structure and cable trays. Modelling is carried out using customer defined

catalogues and specifications, in a fullcolour shaded 3D environment, with the support

of tools that ensure a clash-free design. A wide range of drawings, reports and Bills of Material can be produced directly from the 3D model, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

managing the entire life cycle of a plant. With pdms plants can be operated, maintenance done ,revamping carried out easily and plant information updated in 3D and accurately too in a short period of time.

With ever increasing global demand for products from process and power plants,

AVEVA PDMS™ enables companies to design, construct and maintain high quality plants quickly and efficiently.

Using PDMS, the logical model of a plant can be quickly and efficiently modelled into a full 3D design layout, where suitability and fit can all be tested in a virtual world, and the list of materials needed to construct the plant generated automatically.

PDMS enables teams of designers from a range of different disciplines to workconcurrently to develop a complete digital model of a process or power plant.

Each discipline works within its own specialist 3D environment, but is still able to view all of the design work taking place around them.

An extensive catalogue of predefined parametric components and objects can be quickly selected and positioned within the model, and then automatically

checked for clashes and integrity using configurable rules. Changes made as the design evolves are highlighted and tracked, making it easier to identify, manage and communicate the changes across the different disciplines. The end result is a more accurate, better quality design that helps avoid costly errors onsite.

    What will be learned.

    3D design of power plant.

Generate bill of quantity for piping, structures ,cable trays ,hvac 3. Generate 2D drafts of a plant

    Ability to interpret drawings.

An understanding of ASME standards and other relevant standards as well.

    Course content

    Equipment design

    Piping layout and routing.

Configuration of beams and column, panel, civil works.

    Design of hvac

    Cable tray design and routing.

Generating isometric drafts and 2D drafts as well as bill of engineering materials from 3D models.

    Process engineers and operators.

    CAESAR II

(Equipment and pipe design and stress analysis)

CAESAR II is the leading pipe stress analysis software, especially in the oil and gas and power industries.

With its rich features, it enables the efficient and cost effective analysis of piping and pipelines. With the program, companies only carry out solutions to stress problems in an existing or to-be built piping and pipeline systems that are relatively cheap.

    What to learn

The advantages that come with a proper CAESAR II knowledge are many. Some includes:

Trainees become familiar with international engineering codes and standards

Trainees understand the mechanism of piping material and system failure

Trainees are taught ways to resolve piping stress problems which do not hamper the energy side of the system

Best ways to optimize pump performance

Piping materials specification are also introduced and chemical properties analysed and so much more

    PIPING AND INSTRUMENTATION DIAGRAM (PNID)

Instrumentation is a process which ensures little human interaction with piping systems while automatically balancing process conditions.

    What to learn

With PNID, designers can continuously update process database easily. Plant or process personnel can always remain updated even when they were not physically present during commissioning.
