Maintenance and Administrative Officer

Main responsibilities
• Ensure the maintenance of a clean working environment that yields productivity.
• Assisting other personnel as may be required to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of work
• Handle and manage procurement of office supplies
• Ensure the smooth functioning of all IT infrastructure such as computers, servers and network connections, hardware and software
• Documentations and the procurement of spares and replacement parts.
• Carry out approved transactions
• Provide troubleshooting solutions

Skills and Specifications
• Knowledge of office processes, practices, and computer software applications.
• Proficient in typewriting and good at English grammar
• Discretion, good judgment ability, adaptable and versatile individual.
• Organizational skills or management ability.
• Effective listening and verbal communication skills.
• Initiative and ability to operate independently.

Education and Qualifications
• Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in any numerate discipline
• Experience in administrative functions
• Experience in managing computers repairs
