-Create innovative strategies and implement processes in accountant functions.

-Organize, analyze and evaluate financial statements and reports.

-Prepare and analyze annual budget and other financial statements.

-Develop sales database with invoices and payments details.

-Prepare periodical financial statements and records for the management.

-Assist and support audit teams in evaluating and assessing the accounting systems.

-Ensure the highest degree of standards in accountant functions.

Education/Experience Requirements: A successful candidate for an accountant job must possess a four-year degree in finance, accounting or any related field of study. Employers prefer an accountant to hold a graduate degree in business administration, accounting. a candidate may have an edge if he/she is a certified public accountant.

Skills: Exceptional mathematical skills and strong communication skills (both written and oral) to be able to discuss financial matters with clients. He/she must be a critical thinker, active listener, active learner and have superb reading comprehension and can provide effective decision-making strategies that could benefit a company/client’s finances.

Specific work elements: Computing taxes owed and preparing tax returns; dealing with other tax requirements; develop and analyze budgets; develop, modify and maintain accounting and recordkeeping systems.
