Our client is a fast food franchise Operations, looking to hire a Project Manager.

Key Skill:
Customer liaison/Interface, Project Designing, Project time-cost assessment, Project planning, implementation & Scrutinizing, Quality control Implementation Management & Execution, Independent handling of Projects till the handover to Operations, preferably should have handled commercial projects.

Position Requirements:
• Minimum of B.sc/B.Engr. in Civil /M. Tech Engr and or Professional Certification
• Minimum of 4 -5 years experience in building construction of quick service restaurant (QSR).
Responsibilities:
•Administer the Feasibility studies and ensure that the cost/ benefit analysis is presented at project decision points. Finalizing the preliminary layout and utilities plan for the proposed restaurant.
•Counter check the construction cost estimate based on the site investigation report & final approved design & also to look for latest materials/ technology to bring down the cost & time & increase the durability.
•Managing the development and execution of multiple projects for
1) Civil & interior works, 2) Plumbing & fire fighting, 3) Electrical & fire alarm system
4) H.V.A.C etc to ensure completion of projects within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output. Manage a team of engineers for various types of jobs and multi location projects and resolving bottlenecks.
•Liaising with the local authorities & coordinating with the Mall developers, Architects, Consultants & the Contractors also forms a part of the daily routine.
•Monthly, half-yearly & yearly evaluation of the stores in terms of materials used, their behavior & usage, design of the restaurant, usability of the space etc. with the entire team to ensure continuous improvements.
