An A-Level college is seeking to hire The Director of Studies, who will be responsible for the implementation and administration of all aspects of the academic programmes, including the management of the teaching team and their performance. This is a management position and therefore, you should expect a demanding workload
REQUIREMENTS
• A minimum of Masters Degree in any of the Social Sciences.
• Must have worked in a similar position in a similar college with cognate experience of 5 years or more
• Must be sensitive to the needs and concerns of a diverse student population, and must have the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Director of Studies must be matured and experienced.
• Must be a strong and an instructional leader as well as an administrator, and
• must be able to carry his/her staff and students along

* Computer literate
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensuring that high quality programme is delivered, following syllabus closely.
• Oversight and support of the teachers, ensuring that their performance is of the highest possible standard so that the students derive the maximum benefit from their course.
• Ensuring that lessons and activities are integrated providing a homogeneous and meaningful programme.
• Ensuring the safety and welfare of all students and staff at all times.
REMUNERATION: Negotiable
