An A-Level school on the Island is looking to hire an Admin. officer with 5 years experience in a school.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordination and monitoring of the signing of important and confidential documents, including follow ups
• Facilitation of internal and external communication
• Preparation of logistical requirements for board meetings and trainings
• Preparation and distribution of reports and/or training materials.
• Assist in the planning and preparation of all events
• Organize administrative requirements of high level meetings such as schedules, agendas, minutes and physical logistic
• Compile information and maintain records of all students and staff
• Provides guidance to college administrative and management staff on all phases of budget development, preparation, monitoring and management;
• Maintains an effective oral and written communications process between college administrators.
• Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of administrative support personnel assigned to support these efforts at the college level.
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• At least 5 years cognate experience in a college with similar standards.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Well-verse in Administrative chore
• Possess good analytical and communication skills
• Part-time position available
