Job title: Nurse HQ

Reporting to: HRM HQ

Salary: N112, 000/month

Hours: Full time employment (30hrs/week)

Location: Lagos, Nigeria.

Responsibility 1 To handle all clients with utmost integrity in a professional & responsible manner at all times.


Work standard – Unit appraisals will reflect the true effort of all staff in this unit. Areas of focus are; time frame & number of completed tasks per week


Responsibility 2 To manage the daily operations of the office including organising mail, couriers, catering and travel. Staff needs to be able to use MS EXCEL confidently, to arrange global travel and to work on their own.


Work standard – At the end of each working week, all client catering events for the following week must be finalised.

Responsibility 3 Punctuality to all client events and new client recognition. You must be available for all CS trainings holding at the company HQ.


Work standard – Attendance records are kept electronically to check staff participation & evaluate performance.





Responsibility 4 Staff are expected to report duly to the HR unit for referral checks twice a week. HR is in charge of this, but CS staff will be rated based on openness to this exercise.



Work standard – At the end of each working week, all client referral events for the following week must be finalised.

Essential Desirable
Standard further education qualifications OND, HND or B.Sc.
Certificate in Office Administration Advanced Excel course
Project coordinating certificate NIM, Chartered Member, PMP

Minimum one year general administration/ reception experience Experience working within a formal environment
