Responsibilities:
Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
Take and relay messages
Maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance
Maintain an attentive posture
Provide information to callers
Greet persons entering organization
Direct persons to correct destination
Deal with queries from the public and customers
Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
Prepare correspondence and documents
Respond professionally to visitors and callers Company Representation
Maintain confidentiality and show discretion
Adhere to company policies and procedures
Represent organization in an ethical and professional manner
Maintain a complete knowledge of organizational structure, personnel names and titles
Remain calm under pressure
Provide solutions and support to the customer using in-depth knowledge of company products and services

Deal effectively with difficult customers
Education/Experience:
Minimum of OND/Diploma in any discipline from a recognized Institution
Minimum of 1 year experience required
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
Knowledge of computers and relevant software application
knowledge of customer service principles and practices
