1. PROGRAMME MANAGER [email protected]
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• Graduate degree in a relevant field (public policy, law, information systems or technology, ICT, engineering, economics or related field) with 6+ years of directly related experience;
• Experience in program development and implementation;
• Knowledge and experience within the international non-governmental and non-profit sector;

2. HEAD, CUSTOMER SERVICES [email protected]
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• Candidates will possess 8 to 10 years experience, 4 of which will be in a supervisory or managerial role;
• Excellent understanding of SLA/OLA based services support and delivery;
• Working knowledge of managing technology based customer services operations using popular Enterprise IT Management (EITM) technologies;
• Must be able to leverage in-depth knowledge of ICT services in the Nigerian terrain and be able to instill customer confidence at key influencer level.

3. NETWORK OPERATION AND
MAINTENANCE MANAGER [email protected]
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• Good First Degree in Engineering or Sciences with not less than 10 years post qualification experience in
• Managing IT infrastructure and Support Services;
• Ability to apply the ITIL Service Management Concepts and management process tools towards effective Network support operation;
• Good Knowledge of WANs, MANs, LANs, Hosted Services Technologies, Tools and Equipment which includes VSAT, Terrestrial and IP Network Integration platforms.

4. PRE-SALES CONSULTANT/DESIGN ENGINEER [email protected]
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years experience working in an ICT-related field and Technical Certifications from Microsoft, Cisco;
• Local Area Networks (Structured Data, Voice, & Power Cabling; Wireless Access Points; Ethernet Switches, Routers), MAN and WAN technologies (terrestrial and VSAT), PBX/IP Telephony and other IP multimedia value added services;
• Application Security (anti-virus & anti-spam) and Network Security (firewalls, VPNs etc.)

5. SERVICE MANAGER [email protected]
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• Key ITSM and related industry certifications and familiarity with key concepts, methodologies and frameworks (ITIL, ITSM, Prince 2, PMP, CoBIT, ISO, MSF, MOF). Industry certifications (MCP/MCSE, CCNA, COMPTIA etc) will be a plus;
• A good degree with 5-8 Years relevant experience mostly in a Customer Services focused operations environment, 1 to 2 of which should have been in a supervisory/management role within a Telco or Internet Service Provider/Operator;
• Good working knowledge of popular Network Management System (NMS) tools and Enterprise IT Management (EITM) technologies BMC Remedy, CA Unicentre, HP Openview, IBM Tivoli etc.

6. MANAGER, LOCAL AREA NETWORK [email protected]
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• Good First Degree in Engineering or Sciences with not less than 8 years post qualification experience in Managing LAN infrastructure and Support Services;
• Good working experience of Enterprise Networks, Campus Network, and Local Area Networks technologies and IP and Network Integration platforms;
• Good hands-on knowledge of ITIL Service Delivery and Service Support Process and ITIL Certification up preferably up to Manager Level but at least up to Foundation Level;
• Verifiable evidence of prior experience at having managed a multi-segment LAN with, at least, 1500 user Nodes.

7. PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE (PMO) MANAGER [email protected]
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• Good First Degree in Engineering or Sciences with not less than 8 years post qualification experience in Project Management in ICT industry with at least
• 2-3 years in a PMO oversight role;
• Sufficient Cost Management skills as to be able to accurately determine, monitor and control costs;
• Good knowledge of project Management processes and certification of Project Management (PMP, Prince 2 Practitioner).

8. ADMIN ASSISTANT [email protected]
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• BA, BSc in relevant fields with +3 years experience Excellent written & Oral communication skills; word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages;
• Excellent organizational skills; and the ability to work on your own initiative and to tight deadline;
• An understanding of confidentiality issues and the use of discretion.

9. SECTOR BUSINESS MANAGER

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• BA, BSc, A Masters degree in a business or related discipline will be an advantage;
• Must have direct public sector experience and in-depth industry knowledge (Nigerian terrain);
• In-depth knowledge and experience of operating and driving structured sales from opportunity assessment to deal closure and management reporting;
• +6 Years relevant experience mostly in a target driven core sales role, 5 of which should have been in a direct sales management role within a telecommunications service operator.

10. PROJECT MANAGER [email protected]
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Technology or related field. PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years experience;
• A track record in the successful project implementation of complex data and voice networks with good understanding and use of Project Management Methodology and tools;
• Good oral and written communication skills coupled with good presentation skill and proficiency in the use of Office Automation and Presentation Tools;
• Sufficient Cost Management skills as to be able to accurately determine, monitor and control costs.

11. IP PLANNING AND INTEGRATION MANAGER [email protected]
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
• Good First Degree in Engineering or Sciences with not less than 8 years post qualification experience in IP Network Infrastructure;
• Clear understanding of different technologies involved in the planning, setup and running of the ICT infrastructure and service that will meet the company's operational mandate in both short and long term. In particular should have good knowledge of VSATs; Radio Networks; Wireless Networks; xDSLs and Fibre technology;
• Good knowledge of Local Area Network Cabling and Network Integration using Switches and Routers. Certification in Cisco Network Administration or equivalent, Routed and Switched Network.

12. TRAINING & CAPACITY BUILDING MANAGER [email protected]
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline with 6-10 years relevant experience developing and delivering training solutions across key industries (Financial, Manufacturing, Telco, Public Sector etc);
• Deep competencies in developing training solutions with technology in Public Sector Institutions;
• Must possess deep subject matter expertise in designing solutions in training and ICT capacity building programs;
• Proficiency with Office productivity and Design Software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio etc.).
