(a) Head, internal audit.
- B.Sc in Accounting, Business administration or related field. ACA, ACCA, CISA compulsory.
- Possession of an MBA would be an added advantage.
- At least 5 years experience in similar post in a restaurant company.

(b) Maintenance Manager.
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering with minimum of second class.
- Relevant professional qualification would be an added advantage
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a restaurant/FMCG company
- Must have experience in electrical/electronic/electromechanical systems, baking systems and heat generating systems.

© Inventory manager.
- Bachelor degree in Economics, Business administration, Accounting with minimum of second class
- Must be computer lieterate with ability to work on MS-Excel spreadsheet.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a chain restaurant company.

(d) Treasury manager.
- B.Sc in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration with minimum of 3 years experience.
- Possession of postgraduate qualification would be an added advantage
- At least 5 years experience in similar post in a restaurant company.

(e) HR - Officer
- B.Sc in social sciences with minimum of second class.
- Possession of any relevant professional qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in HR role

(f) Regional Head, operations (local and expatriate)
Bachelor degree in restaurant/catering management/food science, hospitality management.
Minimum of 5 years experience in chain restaurant.
