The Structural Engineer’s duties include performing structural design and analysis relating to houses/buildings construction, carrying out field investigations and assessments, and preparing/reviewing construction drawings and documents. The Civil Engineer will design, supervise and coordinate all external civil works on buildings and at construction sites, manage and organize all phases of project work, planning, design, review and construction phase support. The Electrical Engineer will plan, design and operate a variety of electrical systems in buildings, will supervise and observe ongoing progress of electrical works on the company’s housing projects, including wiring, feeder pillars, transformers, etc and coordinate projects with contractors and outside consultants.

Good degree-level training and 3 - 5 years of solid relevant engineering experience in a building/estate development environment especially with multi-storey buildings required. Age limit of 35 years applies. Must be knowledgeable of AutoCad and other key engineering softwares.
