ACCOUNT OFFICERS ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Selling the bank’s products to prospective and existing customers
· Establish new profitable relationships
· Managing daily customer requests and enquiries
· Processing customer transactions
· Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports
· Budget preparation, monitoring and execution
· Credit review/appraisal/management
· Loan Management/Control


ACCOUNT OFFICERS SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
· Excellent customer service etiquette
· Good communication skills
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Must possess business writing skills
· Must possess presentation skills
