Secretaries / Personal Assistants Required Urgently !!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!

An international telecommunications company based in Victoria Island, Lagos urgently requires the services of qualifed secretaries / personal assistants both on a short term (maternity cover) and long term basis. Job requirements are enumerated below:

Responsibilities

* Handling all administrative matters
* Daily maintenance of diary, scheduling of appointments and coordinating of business activities
* Preparation of internal and external correspondence
* Maintenance and coordination of office equipment and stationery
* Arranging travel and accommodation for department
* Arranging internal and external meetings
* Arranging events both internal and external
* Other duties as directed by line manager


Competencies Required

1) Qualifications & Experience

* HND in Business Administration or Secretarial Administration from a reputable polytechnic (Minimum Upper Credit)
* At least 2 years experience in a similar role in a blue chip organisation

2) Technical Skills

* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
* Fluency in English (written & verbal)
* Proficient in use of office equipment i.e. photocopiers, fax machines, scanner etc

3) Personal Attributes

* High sense of professionalism
* High level of accuracy
* Ability to prioritise workloads
* Ability to work independently
* Ability to communicate effectively
* Ability to manage confidential information
* Enthusiasm for work
