In detail, what does it take in getting enlisted for the training. I mean financial involvement. Beside, how long will the course duration be.

The training will last for three weekends and covers the design of Equipment (Nozzles, Cylinders, Dish, Torus etc), Structures (Beams and columns, floors and walls, panels and plates etc) and piping.
