SUMMARY OF THE OVERALL JOB ASSIGNMENT
Reporting to the Executive Assistant to the Chairman, the Office Assistant will provide clerical and administrative support to the Executive Assistant of the Chairman, and daily logistic assistance to the Group Company Operating Office.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS & PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES:
- Minimum of Higher National Diploma
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite– Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and record keeping skills
- Self starter who can work independently
- Professional demeanor
- Must be agile and pro-active
EXPERIENCE:
At least two (2) years administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
