A Recruitment Firm is looking to hire an Office Assistant to assist recruitment consultants with data entry, job posting and general clerical and administrative duties. Run general office errands and provide support as required.

Duties:
1. Upload candidate details to Applicant Tracking System.
2. Keep log of job orders and update Client files.
3. Post job orders to online portals.
4. Take phone or visitor messages and delivers to appropriate individual.
5. Type routine correspondence and memoranda using word processing software.
6. Establish and maintain permanent files; files and retrieve files as requested.
7. Update job boards with new job orders and advertised jobs
8. Administer job portal by checking for spam and deleting inappropriate postings.
9. Attend to candidates, administer tests & application forms
10. Run errands as required
11. Perform other related duties as required
