Manager, Business Development - Credit & Marketing

Supervises: Branch Operations, Business Development, Credit and Liability Generation
Qualification: First degree in a business discipline, MBA (essential)
Work Experience: Minimum of 6 years Relevant experience in the Financial Services Industry; Experience in Retail Banking, Marketing, Customer Acquisition and Management; Strong understanding of Microfinance and grass-root banking /Finance
Core Functions: Implement retail strategy targeted at the micro and small businesses
Direct the creation of risk assets, liabilities generation and Balance sheet building
Support the achievements of financial and operational objectives

Head, Credit & Risk Management

Qualification: HND/BSc degree in a business discipline, MBA or professional qualification
Work Experience: Minimum of 8 years relevant experience preferably in the banking industry; Experience in Credit and Risk Management, Loan origination and recovery
Core Functions: Develop and execute Portfolio build-up plan, market and business development; Implement credit policy and credit manuals; ensure portfolio quality
Coach, mentor and motivate credit and marketing teams for higer performance
Ensure compliance with laid down policies including Central Bank regulations

Operations / Cash Officer
Job Reference: MIC/OCO/006
Reporting to: Branch Operations
Qualification: HND/Bsc degree in accounting, banking/Finance, or related discipline
Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in the banking industry
Strong knowledge of operations, teller, funds transfer/cleaning and vault
Core Functions: Ensure compliance with all cash and operations policies; Manage till, Vault, cash exchange, lodgements; Ensure all transactions are properly captured and reconciled
Other conditions: Ideal candidate must be below 28 years of age.
