QUALIFICATION:
The ideal candidate must be male and possess the following

* HND/B.SC Estate Management
* Post graduate Diploma in Marketing
* MBA an added advantage
* Good Presentation skills and goal getter
* Excellent Marketing/sales skills and managerial capabilities
* Vast knowledge of Port Harcourt city and its environs.
* Must have more than 250 names of prospects for Port Harcourt property market.
* Excellent communication skills
* Should not be more than 35 years of age
* Must have minimum of 5 years working experience.
