I'm almost sure mobil the highest paying company in Nigeria and its within the range of 600k to 800k monthly for confirmed entry level regular staff.

Guys, as at last year, entry level earned N10.8m per annum but believe me, the monthly take home is much less than u guys think. Some of the money (certain allowances) get paid "one-off" at different times of the year. So what you take home monthly is very good but not as high as u think. However, the pay is one of the best you can get around now...

Shell's 4.8m p.a. is basic salary before tax, after tax that goes to like 3.something, but u still have some allowances reaching about 100K per month. Other money comes with some reasons.

With all these mobil still pays more sometimes about 2X shell before tax.
