We are currently seeking an executive administrative secretary that will do the following amongst other tasks:
• Documentation
o Type, prepare and package documents, letters, proposals and presentations
o Filing and database administration
o Take minutes of meetings and dictations
o Maintain and update confidential records
• Protocol and follow up
o Manage the MDs meetings
o Make travel arrangements
o Keep the MDs calendar of appointments
• Research
o Conduct online research (must be adept at using the internet) when the need arises
o Managing the website, receiving emails and enquiries
• Admin
o Follow up with assignment/tasks to other departments and staff
o Manage the activities of the office – expenses, work tools
• Others
o Manage office communications – receiving calls, disseminating information to other staff etc
o Any other function that may arise from time to time
