hi guys, once you receive or undergo the phone interview test, be rest assured you will be called. I received a text msg 4 their training this week at their Abuja call centre office.

@Charlyp, whats the phone interview like, i mean d questions asked. Pls keep us informed as regards the training and if there is still hope for us who are still waiting 2 b interviewed. tnx

@Ufuomanefe: Were are u located? I received the same text u received (to prepare) initially & a second text inviting me for the interview - which I did on Saturday (22nd) in Abuja.

I guess they would still send u another SMS for an invitation to the interview. In your preparation, read much about customer service (how to handle unruly customers, etc) & less about their products because when you are eventually taken, you'd get to know their products.

They didn't ask me a single question that had to do with their products!!

I did my interview with Zain (for Customer Service) on Saturday @ their office in Abuja - Adetokunbo Ademola Crescent, Wuse II Abuja.

It was my Second Interview & presumably the final one. The interview panel consisted of 3 ladies, with one trying hard to put me off, didn't work though & I know I performed well! Was told I would hear from them.

The questions centered mainly on Customer Service; not a single question was asked, that related to their products & services.

charlyp when did u write the test and when did u have ur telephone interview. i dont know if i have reasons to worry. i did my telephone interview a week today and am still waiting

ifeomaosy, I had the phone interview last week of june and received a text msg for the training last week wednesday. hope in God for He's gonna do it.

I was successful @ the final interview for the position of customer service (for Zain). I was told to resume on September 1st at their Abuja Reg. office. Right now I have no idea what the pay is like for customer service.

Does anyone know?? so that i can make a decision regarding my current job Pls respond soonest,

i also attended the inteview and they promise to send mail or call me but uptill now nothing seems to be happening. any one knows the game?

firstly is contact job and my friend that got d job said the pay is 85k... thats all i know. good luck

I was also successful @ the interview....I called them & asked about the terms & conditions of service for the customer service position I was interviewed for; its a 2-year contract job, pay is 74k - which is lower than what i currently earn. Hence, i'm not taking up the offer.

And because its a contract job they expect you to resume immediately (September 1st).
