JOB OBJECTIVE :To Carry out Internal audit assignments for large Telecom Clients.

JOB LOCATION : Kenya/ Nigeria/ Tanzania

Strong oral and written communication skills in French & English is a pre requisite

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Carry out audit assignments as assigned by the Audit In Charge;
- Risk Based Internal Audit covering financial and operational areas
- Perform risk assessments on business processes and evaluate the adequacy of internal controls in place to mitigate those risks;
- Compliance under Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX)
- Process Improvement studies – Establishment of Systems, Policies and procedure
- Performance Improvement studies leading to cost reduction / cost control, Activity Based costing / management
- Client development, relationship management

WORK EXPERIENCE & OTHER ABILITES REQUIRED

- CA / ICWA / CIA / ACCA / CPA / MBA / M Com or equivalent qualifications in Accounting and Auditing
- Should possess at least 2 years of work experience preferably having experience on Telecom Clients
- Effective client management skills with an ability to deliver high quality work in a challenging environment
- Preference will be given to candidates having Big 4 audit background[/list]
