Can someone pls tell me how to start a new topic from my PC. It's nt just working. I did this from my phone and since it's a phone, it has limits. Thanks!

Make sure you are logged in to the forum from your pc, and select the board you want to post on, then click on new topic on the right hand.
Also make sure you are posting on the right board, for instance this topic is not suppose to be on this board, it can be moved anytime.
