Programme Description:

The programme is been introduced into the country following the Successful take off of a senior programme – Post Graduate Diploma Programme in Customer Service Management in August 2006. Having had the foresight to realize the importance of customer service, you are in an excellent position to become one of the successful customer service professionals of the future who can think globally and look forward to a career with opportunities worldwide.

It is designed to equip participant with the knowledge, skills and confidence to succeed as customer service professionals for excellent and effective service delivery. The programme focuses on skills training for everyone new to customer service or who wants a solid review of the basics. The Diploma Certificate in Customer Service is a 3 months programme,simultaneously linked with certificates of the Customer Service Training Institute of the U.S.A.It is a very intensive yet fun based learning as you will be exposed to classroom teaching, workbook materials and lots of video learning. You will also receive a lot of learning materials on line.

The Diploma certificate is a 20-module based programme. Assessment is carried out per module and a minimum of grade C must be obtained in each module to earn the diploma. A comprehensive examination is held at the end of the course.
