    ENTRY REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL PROGRAMMES

    Certificate Level
    No formal educational qualifications are required,but applicants must be competent in English in order to sit a written exam.

    Diploma level
    Applicants must have obtained one of the following entry qualifications:
    • Two A level passes
    • Overseas qualifications accepted by the ABE Registrar as being equivalent to the above

    A completed pre-university foundation course
    Or have a minimum of two years' full time work experience - proof of this must be in the form of an official letter of reference from the employer.


Advanced Diploma Level
Applicants must have obtained one of the following entry qualifications:
  • A degree that is recognised by the ABE as being equivalent to a UK Bachelor's degree
  • Other recognised qualifications of approved Overseas Institute of Higher Education
