Job Description:

• positions the ICRC as employer of choice in the NIgerian Labour Market
• designs campaigns or activities to attract potential candidates
• propose creative ways of recruitment to the HR Manager
• publishes job offers in appropriate channels
• ensures the application of ICRC recruitment policies
• develop and improve recruitment and testing tools

Qualification:

• university degree in HR or a relevant field
• excellent command of written and spoken English
• knowledge of Hausa is an asset
• very good computer skills
• professional appearance
• creative and proactive attitude
• open minded and non judgemental
• sound empathy with dealing with people
